• Your membership number or registration number.
• Your precise location: Whether it's a street name, nearby landmarks, or any identifiable reference points.
• Details about your vehicle: This includes the make, model and colour.
• A brief description of the issue: Whether it's a flat battery, locked keys, or an engine problem. This will enable us to dispatch the appropriate specialist to assist you promptly.
• A contact phone number.

If you do not have Toyota Roadside Assist, you can call us on 1300 832 772 to request immediate assistance and we will help get you back on the road. You will be asked to pay a call out fee and purchase a membership, so you can remain covered in the event you need assistance in the future.

If you don’t require immediate assistance and would like to become a Toyota Roadside Assist member, please call 137200, Mon-Fri 8.30am – 7pm EST. Or you can purchase a membership at your nearest Toyota Dealer.

If you have purchased a Toyota Roadside Assist membership and require assistance within 48 hours of the membership start date, an emergency assistance cover fee will apply.

If you have purchased or received your Toyota Roadside Assist membership at the time of delivery of your Vehicle, through an authorised Dealer, the emergency assistance cover fee will not apply.

The emergency assistance cover fee, and 48 hour waiting period will not apply to renewed membership, provided you renew your membership on or before the renewal expiry date.

No. Keeping you mobile means that if your vehicle requires a warranty repair, Toyota will cover charges that relate to transporting your vehicle to a Toyota dealer, cost of the repair and a loan vehicle while your vehicle is off the road. Please contact your local dealer for support.
